Technology & Process Management: Provide complete operations services for application management, custom development, and business process outsourcing for clients. Develop the post implementation go-live support environment, construct the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and support and maintain the client applications and technology infrastructure
Experience/Skills
* Strong Knowledge/Experience of test management and defect management tools including Rational Clearquest, Rational QA Manager
* Strong Knowledge/Experience in use of Mercury WinRunner, Load Runner, Quality Center , HP Quality Center Enterprise Edition (formerly HP TestDirector for Quality Center software):
* Enterprise Web-base Application experience (testing of applications with 1000 users, 1000 business rules and/or 250+ screens)
* 2-5 yrs software quality assurance experience
* Experience with scripting and automation tools
* Experience with load testing tools
* Excellent self-motivation, teamwork and communication skills
* Must be comfortable working in time-sensitive, mission-critical situations with end-users
* Ability to write basic to complex SQL statements
* Understanding of RMDB and data modeling
* Expert in Excel Advance functionality
* Good working knowledge of Access Database
* Basic Unix commands
* Understanding of programming concepts in Java including OOP, MVC, EJBs, etc
Responsibilities
* Develop, execute and maintain test scripts
* Develop, execute and maintain regression tests
* Develop, execute and maintain load testing scripts
* Develop, execute and maintain test case scenarios and test case databases
* Document bugs/defects using bug tracking tools
* Lead company's clients (Users) through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of client configurations
* Understand Business and Functional Specifications
* Drive and review test cases and execution
