JOB DESCRIPTION:
Starbucks Barista - Part Time

The Hyatt Regency Orange County is seeking dedicated guest service professionals to join our Starbucks Team. The Starbucks Barista will provide service in the Starbucks located in the hotel. This position will be responsible for fulfilling guest orders; preparing beverages in accordance with menu standards and provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests. This is a fast paced position with constant customer interaction and cash handling.

Qualifications
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
* Refined verbal communication skills
* Must be friendly, team player, demonstrate initiative, and service oriented
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Previous Starbucks and hotel experience preferred
