JOB DESCRIPTION:
Specialist, Gold Passport Marketing
The Hyatt Gold Passport Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordination and support of marketing communication initiatives in Hyatt Gold Passport, Hyatt's loyalty program. This position involves significant project management including, but not limited to:
* Manage the development and execution of the monthly electronic newsletter including global offer solicitation, content management, testing and analysis
* Manage quarterly hotel offers including solicitation and content management
* Support the Hyatt Gold Passport annual member renewal process including list management and development of offers and membership materials
* Support the development and execution of cross-channel (email, Web, and DM) winback, activation and share-of-wallet campaigns
* Manage local or hotel initiatives with a Hyatt Gold Passport component
* Assist in the development of communications supporting global promotions and acquisition campaigns
* Manage ongoing updates and inventory of all membership communications including membership kits and in-hotel collateral
* Liase with both agency and customer service associates to execute plans
Qualifications
* 4+ years of marketing experience. Noteworthy if some of that time was in the hotel or travel categories.
* Experience in developing and producing marketing communications (online and offline)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in order to meet a variety of deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to anticipate issues and find ways to solve problems
* Ability to work in a team environment with multiple departments and outside agencies/vendors
* Analytical ability to assist in analyzing and reporting program and promotional results
* Computer skills proficiency, including Microsoft applications
