Technology & Process Management: Provide complete operations services for application management, custom development, and business process outsourcing for clients. Develop the post implementation go-live support environment, construct the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and support and maintain the client applications and technology infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
* The Solution Architect will work with proposal efforts and ensure staff solutions are developed to meet Client needs. This person will also provide guidance on Onsite/Offsite/Offshore staff mixes that meet Client's needs, and take pressure off the need for Senior Leadership to be involved in the delivery management of engagements.
* The Solution Architect will be deployed as a Project Manager for engagements during transition efforts, to see what works, what does not, and take lessons learned back to proposal efforts.
* The Solution Architect will proactively address red flag issues before a break/fix incident. The Solution Architect should have the skills to be able to assess where problem areas my result in tickets.
* The Solution Architect will foster good relationships with Clients and will help drive additional value for the client, and increase probability of additional work and contract extensions.
Job Requirements:
* 6+ years of business and technical experience, designing and implementing customer and internally facing solutions.
* Minimum 3-5 years application support and application staffing solution development experience.
* Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with Customer Relationship Management strategies.
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience leading teams, including client and consulting staff.
* Solid Project Management background with the ability to talk through solutions, pricing, and staffing components of individual projects.
* N-tiered architecture experience.
* SAP or Oracle experience.
* Strong understanding and command of the SDLC methodologies.
* Strong business process knowledge, specifically pricing, availability, customer service, account management, and fulfillment.
* Ability to engage and manage senior level client relationships.
* Technical writing skills for proposal efforts and Client proposal decks.
Preferences:
* PMP or ITIL certifications are a plus
* Onsite/Offsite/Offshore staff mix experience is a plus
* Break/fix incident experience is a plus
Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
Travel: May include up to 60% travel.
Location: Various. Potential location will depend on candidate location.
