HR Service Delivery
Our Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from HR Strategy to process design to shared and self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.
The job functions for a Operations & Process Consultant include:
* Participate on global and domestic HR Service Delivery engagements
* Consult with clients to design, build and deploy HR solutions to meet their business needs
* Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels
Required skills of the ideal candidate:
* At least 2 years of consulting experience, internal or external;
* Experience managing client relationships at peer client levels;
* Experience executing project plans on large, complex engagements from analysis through implementation;
* Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team;
* Experience defining HR business and systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines;
* Ability to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Bachelors Degree;
* Ability to travel 80% of the time (Monday through Thursday)
