Commercial Field Claims Manager- Scottsdale, AZ

In this exciting and challenging position you will be responsible for the management of a team within the Commercial Auto Center of Excellence including, but not limited to:
•Overseeing a Staff of Team Leaders and Claims Representatives who are responsible for handling automobile claims
•Resolving Coverage issues
•Strategic business planning
•Conducting case reviews and claims file audits
•Ensures Training Programs are in place and property utilized
•Compliance with published company procedures
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidates MUST possess the following:
•Four-year college degree
•Minimum of 7 years Commercial Auto Claims Experience with a strong technical background
•Supervisory/Leadership experience
•Excellent customer service and communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skills
