Technology & Process Management: Provide complete operations services for application management, custom development, and business process outsourcing for clients. Develop the post implementation go-live support environment, construct the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and support and maintain the client applications and technology infrastructure
An Associate at Deloitte leverages deep subject matter knowledge in an area of interest to lend additional credibility to their project teams and add value to their projects. An Associate works within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.
Position will manage release management schedule and processes, oversee development and testing quality
* 10 plus years experience directing and managing project development and testing from beginning to end (scope to deployment at courts)
* Developing and implementing plans and procedures to accurately deliver the application code, functions, modules and systems to successfully meet the intended business / user requirements.
* Developing and utilizing test data sets that support the implementation of test plans and procedures.
* Effectively managing day-to-day tasks / activities of a team of testers and developers to effectively meet the deliverables and scheduling of a complex software development project.
* Developing full-scale project test plans, strategy and associated communications documents.
* Identifying & tracking test phases and deliverables
* Determining and assessing needs for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
* Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team. Identifying and managing testing dependencies and critical path.
* Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
* Create monthly status reports and other project deliverables
Up to 30% travel may be required.
